More often it can be frustrating in Cebu when you search for free WIFI on your device to join, either it indicates unable to connect or WIFI connection not available, somewhat typical all over Cebu

Travelling away from Cebu City to the beach, mountains, remote areas and islands, again the WIFI or phone cell-mobile signal can be very unpredictable, some remote islands, beaches and areas leading to mountainous regions in Cebu do not have a WIFI or a cell-mobile signal, or weak coverage
